Reason:
He traded an upgrade to premium gift(2.5 keys) for my salvaged crate #50(3 keys) and unfriended me
immediately after the trade. Every time I try to friend/trade/chat, he ignores, goes offline, or unfriends me again. However, he still owes me .5 keys(2.7 ref). He friended me just for that crate. He has now unfriended me.

so, basically he stole 2.7 rep from me and unwilling to give it back. he keeps removing me from friends, and whenever i try to chat, it says he's offline but his page says he is in-game or online. maybe he blocked all communications with me.

It looks like he was perma banned from tf2 outpost.

Unfortunately this seems to be a shark report, Steamrep doesn't directly ban on these kind of reports but they're appreciated. However I'll have to archive your report due to this.
