I also reported them on Outpost after I discovered that Scammer's New Account was being used to make fake money offers on Scammer's Main account (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/tf2outpost/discussions/3/810938810964183125/ if you're interested). The administrator there found that these accounts share the same IP address. http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/99137 On Scammer's Second Account's main profile (which has a SteamRep caution tag), he admits that Scammer's New Account is him: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198048668291 under "View more info" is this confession (see the screenshots). I am therefore reporting Scammer's New Account for avoiding his tag with this new account in the hope that it will also be tagged. If you are not a SteamRep moderator or administrator then please don't respond if you don't have any evidence to contribute. This is a scammer report, not an open invitation to increase your post count.
