From this text, it looks like this was a shark and not a scam. SteamRep does not handle sharks and you should take those to UTC, AF2, or MCT. When you submit these reports to those communities, you will need screenshots of the chat as well as screenshots of your trade history showing that this trade actually took place. A pretty block of text will not be accepted.
