He decided to pay 50$ via PayPal. Since I had the lower rep(I have none), he said that I had to trade first. When I asked to see his rep, he told me to go to their channel comments to see all the positive comments. So I did, saw all the good comments, and thought that it was safe. After I traded with him, he said that he sent the 50$ to PayPal when I didn't get any of it.
