Description:
He does the switcharoo with a high-value item and it's low-value counterpart. He's using a strange festive and a festive wrench.

He added me already yesterday and tried the same trick. I told him to get lost and removed him from my friend's list, but he just added me again and tried the very same switcharoo, so I'm gonna report him this time.
After asking me if I want to buy a strange festive wrench (again), he waited till I put the keys into the trade (like yesterday), then he clicked ready and waited till he was convinced that I was looking at the chat and not the trade. At that point, he switched the strange festive wrench with the festive one, hit "Ready" and flooded the trade chat to hide the message that the weapon got changed.

Hi that guy 76561198055616792 tryed to scam me.He is banned on outpost. First he want to sell a strange festive sniper , after a few minutes he changed for a festive sniper.
