Here is what happened:
This guy randomly added me, and he was offering 2 keys for my Surgeon Simulator 2013, and I accepted it, but before I was going to trade, he said, "but you will need to send it as gift because I need proof of purchase if something goes wrong!!" (screenie of the chat below). It was so suspicious, so I checked his profile, and it was private, and he was also trade banned. I checked his steamrep, and I was so shocked, he was marked as a scammer. I decided to block and remove him because he is trying to scam me.
