On November 19, a user named "GO TO SLEEP ITS JEFF THE KILLER"
had atemped, and succeeded in scamming me out of a clean bombing run, and a festive stickybomb launcher.
I wasn't paying attention at the top of the trade screen (because he tried to distract me from looking at the top) and had given both items to him. I asked if he could return them back to me but he did not listen. He replied once or twice and i decided to report after a hour of asking.


He said i had the wrong guy, which i didnt because of the image below. (GO TO SLEEP ITS JEFF THE KILLER's Inventory)

I gave him one last chance but alas he did not listen. I'm hoping i can get my festive sticky bomb launcher back or both the bombing run and the festive. I hope this guy is trade banned, or at least marked for scammer. Thank you for your time.

It should be your responsibility to check the trade to make sure you have the items in that you actually want to trade. He definitely won't get any action taken against him by steam and unless you can show that it was his intention to get you give him the item (and you didn't just make a mistake) then he probably won't be marked on SR either. Also threatening people with scam reports to reverse a trade isn't cool at all

bolgan and the festive aren't much in difference in price, the craft hat bombing run can be quite easy seen as a sweetener to it vs the ~2 key worth of bolgan and festive.

Also, how am I supposed to see that he "distracted" you from your own offer? When I drag some up, I do remember doing so, and anyways, when you click that tickbox, you're looking at it....

I'm sorry, but I can't take this report.

Also, this guy is already a couple months a marked scammer. Why are you trading with a scammer?
