I met him a while ago, while trading on the trade servers. He entered one of my raffles before. One day I asked him if he could buy Borderlands 2 for me (while it was on sale, it is the summer sale period) at 10 bucks. He said he had $25. He told me to make a down payment so that he wouldn't get scammed (He buys it and then I say that I do not want it) and since I trusted him I gave him about 2 keys worth of items. We traded, and after the trade he said he would be getting his $25 prepaid card, and I said ok. Then he said he had to go which was strange; it wasn't anywhere near lunch nor dinner, and I know which timezone he lives in. Before I had a chance to respond he went offline. I checked his profile (I was getting suspicious already) and then there was the option to "Add Friend" which meant he removed me from his friends list. I pressed the button but I saw that he was not under "Invitations sent". I realised he had blocked me so I had no way of contacting him or even entering his TF2 server to talk to him.
I was the sucker for trusting him, but I think this is sufficient proof that he is a scammer. It's my first time reporting a scammer after reading the HOWTO, so please tell me if my format is wrong. I did not manage to get any screenshots.

Hello, could you provide a screenshot of your trade history showing the completed trade? Also any form of proof of the original agreement?

Without any screenshots we are unable to do anything as we cannot act on heresay, we're very sorry.
