Description:
He approached me offering to buy my Vivid Lucky Shot for $400 (last offer was $360 which was already high, so I was very sceptical).
Since I suspected he was a scammer I let him give me his paypal (fake) and then told I would send him 1 cent to test. Suddenly he had a different Paypal email, [email protected].

Then I noticed that while he is not steamrep tagged (yet), he is banned from Outpost for scamming.
