Declined 76561198056686912

Hi, today I went to my paypal account to see if one trasaction of money to my bank account had already been done, and I noticed that my paypal account had negative balance. Checked everything and it said that the transaction was not authorized by the owner of that credit card.

No man never tought this would happen. This is all I've got.

Unless you have some other way to definitively confirm that the steam account is associated with the PayPal account, there is nothing that can be done.

Well no man the only proof I've got is that 1 minutes after the payment (that was chargedback) I traded with this guy my earbuds because I had recieved the payment. and you can see in the trade history that at those specific time it was the only Earbuds that I traded away.

As I said, without a proper trade agreement, there is no way to definitively link the chargeback with the steam account. In the future I would advise you to take screenshots of all trade agreements involving PayPal. While you might not get the money or items back (this is solely at Valve's/PayPal's discretion) An admin can mark the account as a scammer.
