Long story short I was banned when Mattie commented on my reputation thread that my SteamRep information was pointing to a account that was apparently linked to an impersonator. In actuality, the prior account was hacked, hence why I had to create a new account, which is splintercell5 - the current account. I am not a scammer by any means and as you can see by the comments on my rep thread I dont scam. I updated the SteamRep information on the rep thread, but by then I had already been tagged as an SR Scammer. So I want to appeal this since its not true.

Unfortunately an array of lies materialized and truth is his account was NEVER hacked. He has always been in control of it. He also made very recent trades with this alleged 'hacked' account, even though he professed not to have control of it since Oct/Nov.

There is a lot more indisputable hard evidence, but no need to go on and on. Thus, this appeal is rejected. Other alts were uncovered in the process of this investigation (including another scammer tagged one) and all will be accordingly tagged. Regardless, the very best of luck to you sir.
