I sold my stormy 13th modest last night for an amount of USD 590 to this trader. His steam profile doesn't even look sketchy because he has long playing hours and stuff. He agreed to go first. However, I received an email from paypal this morning telling me that they have reversed the payment made because the buyer issued a chargeback. I tracked down the history of my modest and I realized it ended up with this person: http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/376980. Shall take this as a lesson learnt.
