    I don't remember when he added me, maybe 1-2 weeks ago for a low value trade.
    About 1 hour ago he offers to sell a clean All-Father for any 2 craftable hats. It was suspicious, so I tried to see what he wanted to do. He pretended to trade using the new feature, "Trade Offers": it was even more suspicious, but I was even more curious.
    Well, as you can read in those 2 screenshots, I made an offer. He refused saying he wanted an offer of 2 hats vs nothing, then he would counteroffer with his All-Father.
    After I made him notice he tried to scam me, he just cursed and stopped talking.

    I haven't got a transcript of the chat, I was ingame and I couldn't copy directly from chat to a text editor.

    If I didn't know how "trade offers" works, he probably would have scammed me.
