Filing this report on behalf of a few people who reached out to me to report this guy. The screenshots are what were provided to me. I've directed them both to view this thread so they can report with any additional information necessary.

Description: NiggaNightmare promised both of these users that he would buy their items with PayPal. He got them to hand over the items first, and then never sent a payment.

NiggaNightmare apparently met the victims through TF2OP. He's apparently moved the hats to alt accounts.

I'll update this post if I get any additional information. I'm currently checking with TF2OP mods to see if we can track down his alts.
