why Fake rep ?

You probably got fooled by some guy saying to enter my dota2 giveaway you have to say +Rep on my profile.

I'd word that better so that he doesn't take it as literally meaning to +rep you.
SlamDunko, the tag is because you wrote +rep on someone's profile wall without ever making a trade with them. That's a serious offense as it gives people undeserved reputation that they can then scam with.

I was kidding about the post + rep dota2 ,He said that he was giving dota 2 copies! So to enter his giveaway you must post a fake trade rep on his profile.
