hello admins,
Today i got shocked when i got 2 know that i got banned. Do u seriously believe in this guy. He wanted the pudge set for arcana . His item knowledge was so low. What can i do.i just did a smart trade. And he was the one who approached to me.If trading like this results 2 scam den every 1 shld be banned because we trade to make profit.
Firstly i traded him my pudge set for the arcana. He didnt knew the price of the set thinking its of higher value because it comes in the d2cl bundle of which he was totally unaware.
Secondly if i was the middleman of the trade and i was sellign his arcana for 15keys. He should have directly ask for 10keys and the set.
Its just a oppurtunity i got + i dont even knw the guy so why should i be his middleman.
I have been a part of the dota community for years and my track record is clear. U can ask any friend of mine. His lack of knowledge led to this so its completely his fault not mine. I am a donator as well as a very helpful person so please its my request 2 unban me asap so i carry on with my betting. It was just a opputuniy 2 make some profit so i did it because of his lack of knowledge about items. why should i pay for it..

According to the evidence, you told him that the guy would only purchase the arcana from you. Which, he believed so he gave it to you. Momentarily after you deleted him without word. Care to explain that?

i just did what each and every individual would have done in that given situation. No 1 can resist . U have to grab the oppurtunity . And the guy is so smart that he is taking screenshots but has no brains that he directly ask me set and 10keys . A million promises are broken each second i did the same and i m sorry for that but there are some things you cn't resist . U would have done the same thing ..each and every individual have done(because the person was unknown to me).

You're right! I would've done the same thing,if someone asked me to sell it for them and only give them 10 keys and the pudge set in return. I would've gladly helped. But, you didn't do that. You kept the item and only gave him the pudge set. The agreement was 10 keys and the pudge set. Which, is why you are here today. Scammers take opportunities if they get the chance.

Imagine if you were the other guy and some false prophet told you he can sell the item for a lot more but only through him. All you asked was for a cheap pudge set and 10 keys and in return. This would be worthwhile for both traders as the you the original owner got what you wanted and the other guy would've got some nice easy sweets afterwards. Well, the false prophet decided to get greedy and keep the item for himself and only give you the pudge set for "trust" purposes.

Wouldn't you have reported the guy for scamming for not fulfilling his side of the agreement?

no why would i report if i get scammed. U get scammed either if u trying be be over smart or if u r really very stupid. And u are saying that u would have helped the guy.Seriously?.Ok suppose u got a dragon claw hook(cost approx 80 keys) and i got a drodo(cost 220 keys), i want to buy ur dc but i dont have keys for dat so i tell u to take my drodo and gimme your dc and gimme the remaining keys after u sell dat. What will u do?gimme the keys back? seriously? would u do so? its very easy to say but in real when it happens u would be standing where i m standing right now. It just depends on the item which can lure you to do such thing and i got .I m a normal human being i can make mistakes

It was a trade agreement. You can't break agreements, even if they are luring. If you leased a nice Lamborghini you made an agreement to pay a certain amount up front and, make monthly payments after. You can't decide the car is so good that you'd rather not pay for it but, still keep it because, that would have repercussions. Human aren't perfect, but they have responsibilities they must follow if they don't wish to be punished.

You should probably talk in proper English when making a appeal, and Pker is right, if you agree to something you can't just back out of it.

yeah i accept i have done wrong. but its a 50-50 mistake from both the sides. U can say that i m morally wrong but the situation made me to do so. It can happen u can't deny that. I have been a part of dota 2 community from years and this is 1st mistake i have made. I am guilty and i request for another chance. Last warning should atleast be granted to me :/. Rest depends on the admins

no i haven't. I have gone through every rule and regulation and it isnot mentioned that the trade u promised through chat is viable. The original trade is only recorded.If i am wrong plz correct me
