Description:
Sharking attempt. JoeyH3 is a friend of mine who hasn't touched TF2 for quite a while. SharkPiledriver randomly added him and attempted to sell a copy of Amnesia: The Dark Descent for 3 keys, a Point and Shoot and an After Eight paint, adding up to roughly 4.5 keys.


The kicker: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13699316 - He is selling a copy of Amnesia for 2 keys + 1 ref. This trade has been up for 2 days. (Edit: He was deliberately deceitful about the game going for 4 keys on the market. Multiple people are selling it for 2 keys on Outpost, as he himself was for 2 keys + 1 ref)

Joey was unable to screenshot the first quarter of the conversation after closing the chat window and re-opening it, but he DID copy/paste the whole thing before closing it, to share with me. He had to re-add the person to get what he could from the window, but promptly blocked him once he took the screenshot.

On a side note: While looking at his backpack in Outpost, I noticed that he had 49 "new" items not yet added to his backpack. A number of those items are missing histories in both Outpost and TF2Items.com. This is more often than not an indication that the items came from someone with little TF2 experience, or at least little exposure to trading sites. More specifically, it may be an indication of other successful sharking attempts.
