Hoping this can be added to the list of offences.
This guy randomly added me and tried to buy my account for b$300 in wallet codes, and I had to go first. I was testing his limits and would never have gone through with the trade, also reported him to Steam as it's against the Steam Subscriber's Agreement to buy or sell accounts.

I forgot to check his SteamRep but I knew not to do it anyway.

I should really start getting into the habit of checking people's SteamRep >·<
