CoOx claimed to be unable to press the "ready to trade" button, and then asked for a middle-man. He claimed that he trusted him.
The deal was that I would trade him the items and he would transfer funds in to my paypal. He completely avoided my suggestion to use some form of collateral.
When the trade was complete, the "middle man" said that he did not receive the items followed by "lol I scammed you both".
CoOx acted like he was angry. 5 minutes later both of the items were removed from his inventory. CoOx inventory is set to private so I am unable to see if he has them. His VAC status is banned, so therefore I believe he has cheated / scammed in some way before.
CoOx said "I pay you if he even stole your items" meaning that he said he would pay me if his "friend" scammed me.
He didn't. He completely refused.
He then went on to say that if I haven't received my items within a week, he would pay me. But since the items are no longer present on the user, this will not be possible.
He was insisting that I report the other user but providing no means to do so.
After the trade was complete he was very quick to leave.

All I want is my items back, or at least this person to be punished.

1.) A screenshot of your trade history showing that you traded your items
2.) A screenshot of your paypal history showing that you never received your payments
