Scammed me. So heres the story. He wanted three keys and i wanted the fallout new vegas that he had. So i gave him his three keys and he gave me his Fallout New Vegas game but what i did not notice was that it was RU which is a russia locked game so only people in russia can play that game. So i asked him for the three keys back and i was nice and said that i wasn't going to report him for giving me a game that doesn't work. But then he removed me from friends so reported him on steam and outpost. If anyone knows how to change a russian locked game into a normal game please add and tell me at my account http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198044342154/ and please ban this James Bond from steam http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198058974403/ before anyone else gets scammed

well he did give me a game that only works in russia

i would be happy to sell it to a russian person for 3 keys or maybe 4 :3
