he stole 73$ from me via paypal on a deal with a felicity's blessing light green war dog.
he sent 120$ first, I sent the dog, then he blocked me and never sent the rest of the money. thought you all should be warned.
-and now there's a hold on the 120$ he sent on paypal. so i got scammed out of $187.50.

anyone have any advice on what to do?
