After that i put in 1.33 ref and we traded after trade i read what it said and it said uncraftable. So i told him about it he said " what?" deleted me and and denied my trade so i told him i would report to steamrep. i know 1.33 isnt alot but if he keeps on doing this his scams will be bigger.
Not a scam. It falls on the buyer to confirm if the item is clean or otherwise. If, however, the user deliberately misrepresented that the item was clean when it was otherwise not, that is a scam.
