After a review of the report, you did use the name in the first screenshot "^HigHLEVEL^Pro" and changed it during the time of the 2nd screenshot the user submitted a few days later, "recoil" furthermore, you were also using the custom url that was reported at the time "highlevelpro" with the same avatar. Shortly after, you were trade banned by valve. I dont see any evidence you claim that it is NOT you.
