Description:
Played a few games of mvm with voucher on tf2. Talked to him via mic during the game. Guy wanted to offer on my hat when playing initially but i was rather into playing the game. Last night, he offered on my hat and I thought about it overnight. We chatted this morning and came to an agreement of 160. I said alright, and i pointed out that I should go first, I have not scammed anyone, and I have multiple +rep and trades completed in the past on steamtrades, steamprofile, and tf2op. So he offered to give 180 if I went second, I knew I probably shouldn't have done it, but he seemed like a nice guy from our mvm game together. So I thought, meh what could go wrong. He took my email connected to paypal - and we made the trade. I stated it take 5-20mins for the transaction, which I have done in the past and well have had purchases, gifts and payments go within a min to up to 10. So I peacefully waited, he kept me friended during the entire time, which seemed to me he had not scammed me. About 30mins after, I asked if I can have a screensheet of the transaction he made on paypal/confirmation sheet. He didnt respond but he still had me as a friend. So I waited, so more. At about the hour, I saw he was in game, I went to the serve he was on. He was selling the hat as if nothing had happened. I spoke to him again, he then left the trade server and defriended me at this time. I tried adding him again, he blocked it. Oh by the way, he changed his name immediately after he defriended me. Initially was -lGHl-TheParasiticPikmin, now its -lGHl-TheLegendaryPurpleCrayon.

cause he is currently attempting to buy buds off people requesting them to go first i believe (just like he did for me)

Today is Sept 12, 2012.
Last night the same guy tried doing this to me. I saw the flags when he said he cant buy the dollar amount in keys that he was offering me. I was also speaking to people in the SKIAL 1 Trade Server, they steered me in the right direction and told me he was most likely a scammer. I still have the chat open. If you would like I could post screen shots of it.
He does seem to try and be your friend. I have done other small trades with him prior to him trying to scam me. I checked his profile today and VALVe has actually banned him from trading. When I first met him his name the crayon one, but he used blue crayon. Now his name is back to parasitic pikman.
This guy is a real piece of s✿✿✿.
Hopefully you get your hat back man. Report it to VALVe. If needed add me on friends and I will also attest to him being a scammer.
Actually he just got back online. I will post screens when finished chatting.

i posted to valve a week ago - they will not return the hat since it was a paypal deal - but apparently they looked into it as they said they would and banned him
posting more proof just helps this case and makes it more viewable to others who deal with him since he is on outpost with posts buying items if people go first
