I have encountered this scammer in the dota 2 chat, the deal was my unusual vermin wardog courier for a guild wars 2 serial number. I believed her because of all of her profile reps, which was a huge mistake. She deleted me and blocked all communications as soon as she got the courier. In the end, i was left with nothing other than regret while she got the courier. The second picture shows how she is trying to sell my courier in the dota 2 chat. I do not believe that any actions could be taken in which I will get my courier back, but I would rather report this scammer and hope for the best.
