Let me first note that this isn't the first report on him by another victim. Back in January, it seems like the investigation into his case never finished. I should have known he was a scammer when he chatted with me solely on mobile. I paid him $53 through paypal and he blocked me afterwards, without giving me the items.

I'm pretty sure you can still do a chargeback even with the note written. You'll need to contact the CC company though. You have sufficient proof that you didn't receive the items you payed for. Though, they might find it rather odd.

I was just informed not to post on two forums (here and dota2traders.com), so since they're further along with the investigation on d2t, this topic can be closed.
