I got reported for a scam a day ago (http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198061505633-monsterhunter.22441/),
but I was scammed with the same link I've sent.
    Code:
    http://steamall.my3gb.com
The scammer said the same thing to me.

    Code:
STEAM will give you 1 FREE game to add to your account just visit: http://steamall.my3gb.com
If you click the link you need to fill in your e-mail and password and then you should get a free game, and I was stupid enough to fill my data in. So they changed my e-mail that i used for steam, my password and my secret question and started to send the same fishing links to all my friends. Luckely I was online at the steam website so I could check the e-mailadress. The e-mail they used was an e-mail you don't have to log in for (the e-mail was: [email protected], e-mails are deleted) so i could turn it back and changed my password and after I changed it I warned all my friends (nobody got scammed). The only thing i know is that the scammer that scammed me was in one of these groups: SKTMIC or Trading SKTMIC.

    Here are 2 screenshots:

On the upper screenshot is the scammer sending a fishing link to the victim, the date was 19:04 on the 15 of February, The screenshot below is a screenshot from my e-mail, this e-mail is an e-mail change request from when I've tried to change my e-mail back. The date was 19:11 on the 15 of february, so i couldn't send the link because I didn't have my steam account back. And the reason that I've changed my backpack to private was because I freaked out and that is the only thing you change from the website that doesn't require e-mail. I hope that you can see that I couldn't send the link because I was too busy with geting my account back and that I wasn't even on steam.

Here are also the screenshots from my password and secret question change:

Where on the steam website can you check your email address?

How did they change your email without the confirmation code?

you can check your e-mail when you click on your name (topright of the page) and then click on account details

They asked for the e-mail+password (on the physhing website), so they've got into my e-mail first and used retrieve a lost account

You gave the phishing site your steam username and password, as well as your email username and password?

Not really, I gave them my e-mail and password, got into my e-mail, and then they used retrieve a lost account to find out my username and password from steam.

I also found an e-mail from google that my (e-mail)password has changed, do I need to take a screenshot and upload it here? (It's Dutch though)

I think they asked my e-mail and password (sorry, it's been a really long time), but it was that or my username, e-mail and password (I did try different password, because I thought the login wasn't working or my password was wrong)

Appeal granted. There is never any reason to give out your email username and password.
