Description: The user listed above, Hurtluis15, posted an offer on my outpost trade (pictured). I noticed the hats were not in his BP. Checking steamrep, the user is not a marked scammer, but he has one scammer friend. I noticed that the marked scammer does have all the offered hats - N&B TC, Hearts Larrikin Robin and Steaming Gym Rat in his backpack (as at 05:42 GMT+10 21/10/12). The marked scammer in question is noted below. It would seem that Hurtluis is attempting to move hats for the below mentioned scammer.

Until he moves the items, we cannot do anything with this. The only thing we can do is warn him for trading with scammers. Thanks for the report, and don't let this discourage you.
