this is me officer nasty
we meet threw tf2outpost he told me that i wasent repitable because i did not have a lot of rep threw steam... he had a lot of rep but later i found out all of his rep was from friends threw steam.. i traded him the tf2 items and he said he sent the money threw paypal he said keep me added till i get the money 2 day later i never got the money and he deleted me and blocked all communications

sadly no... he seemed very trust worthy with all his rep
