Was added by the victim's friend. He linked me the screenshot and the information. ๖ۣۜRaiKoH! seemingly attempted to scam.

So if I got this right, Raikoh's only intention was to "buy" a hat and simply give it back to "prove that he is not a scammer" ?

Looks like it, although the money was never sent. And the "joke scam" only was mentioned after screenshots were.

I am pretty sure raikoh is a kid... So his logic in proving he's not a scammer is kinda flawed, lol.
