I got to know Raptor thru the trade community. He has always been a hard trader but I have never held this against him. I have done a cash trade with him and knew he as brokered hats before and even sold his whole BP to MADCUSUBAD I even vouched for Raptor as I knew MADCUSUBAD and asked if he was trust worthy.

In late June Raptor asked if he could borrow afew buds after he sold his whole BP just to start him off again. I gave him two buds as you can see from the above. The next day is when the trouble start he got a value trade ban for some paypal error. Anyway he starts a new account and asks for more another bud shown in the second trade. I was 50/50 at this stage but then said he could pay me back in two weeks. So I gave him one more.

I saw the wealth growing in his BP but did not repay me. After two weeks I asked for the money. But suddenly he has lost his job and cannot pay me cash. I was ok with this as I figured he would sell some hats and get me what is owed.

This is four weeks ago. Since then he has had buds / high tier hats and many other items. My issues here is his health continues to grow but does nothing to repay me, and I feel like this is just a scam!

I do want to give him a chance to repay me. Posting here was the advice I got from a steam rep admin.
