My friend Frutzal wanted a G. Balloonicorn... seemed that Scammer was "selling" it and wanted Tf2 items... they arranged A meet the medic and pocket medic in exchange for a ballonicoorn code...
Of course, it was a lie, and the guy gave a fake code which didn't work. Then deleted Frutzal.

I believe Scammer is an alt.
