Archived 76561198061858397 (El Heffe!)

Alright, I know I was really dumb and should've checked this guy's steamrep before the trade. But seeing as he has scammed before I would like to report him for scamming again. We had been coming to a conclusion on some dota 2 items for paypal money from him. I've never gotten the payment and sadly I never will, yet he has my items now. Screenshots attatched, the first one below is a screen cap he showed me of him readying the transaction. I don't know why but it made me feel like he was legit, sadly that is not the case. This is the money I was supposed to receive but never did, I lost every item in the trade. Please at least mark him again for this trickery, thank you.
