reason: he wanted to buy my Unusual Tam O' Shanter Effect: Orbiting Fire, for 100$ us on Paypal so i thought it was a good deal so i sent a trade and i wanted to leave it open while he sends the money, but he tells me i have more rep then you so trade the hat so i did and he told me he sent the money and he told me (brb) and never replied
