So i was selling my ref(metal - Team Fortress), and this guy is buying refs for .50$ each. we talked, he said that he was gonna pay via paypal, i asked him to go first, asked about his rep, etc, he refused to go first. then i gave him 1 ref, i was gonna sell him 3 ref, but 1 ref to start. after we traded the metal, he said his paypal was in error, he then asked my paypal password, he then asked my steam password. i refused. i asked for my refined back, he then removes me from friend list.

Do you have any chat logs of the original trade agreement conversation?

sadly i didnt save the chat log unless steam has 'chat history'.

but he was buying 10 ref for 5 dollars, which means .50$ each. and there's only 1$ on my account, and 1 ref on his backpack, why would he pay me 1$ for just a ref, when he is buying them for .50$ each. which he didnt pay, anyway.

Since you don't have the information that Aces required, I'm afraid there isn't enough to condemn the suspected scammer.
