So that account is not my alt nor am i a alt of it. This is my main account and i only log in through this account.

You should beat your "brother" over the head with a baseball bat and have him return the items then. You also have a history of such bogus offers as well, that really puts you up a creek without a paddle.

I would not expect an untag under any conditions unless the items are returned, your "bro" or not.

And why is it my responsiblity to make my brother return the items? it isnt my alt and this is the only account on which i log in too.

Not a computer expert here, but proof would probably exist out of the ip-adress. Not 1 scam, not 2 but multiple scams from an ip with over 4 accounts...
You do the math!
It's not up to SR to proof anything, it's up to you to proof you have nothing to do with it!

Plus i talked to the admin who accepted my appeal long ago and i promised him i wouldnt scam and i havent scammed at all. At most all i am guilty of is lowballing people on trade servers and trades.

Ok, seems legit... Good things the SR admins have tons of ways to confirm what you just stated. So this would probably also mean some accounts were online at the same time/ same ip, right? And different ones still are online at the same time / ip?
