Improper Format 76561198062686627 Scammer Tag appeal/Trade site bans.

Hey, i have never done this before so i hope i'm doing it right. In around mid 2012 i was really stupid because i was new to tf2 and stuff. And i joined a tf2 trading chat and i thought if i asked for rep i would be able to get items easier in the game so i could get better. Then i was reported now i can't trade on any of the websites such as: http://tf2outpost.com/ http://tf2tp.com/ , scrap.tf, etc. Nowadays i play tf2 alot and i really like trading but i can't post trades or anything on the websites. I do not scam or anything like that, i just really want a second chance and have my scammer tag removed so i can trade on the sites again.
