My friend, Xtin traded scout master earlier today to buy a strange persian persuader. Scout master wished to see Xtin's
genuine Anger, so he placed it in the trade but accidently forgot to remove it when
they were going to trade the persian. So scout master ended up with both the metal and
Anger. Xtin tried to talk to master but was ignored. He ended up blocking Xtin and changed name to his current (scout master) to get away. Xtin then asked me to help him get his hat back so I added scout master and he accepted me. Our chat are the files "chat 1" and
"chat 2"



He removed me after his last sentance and blocked me, so that's why we are reporting it. We hope there is at least something to do about it.

Unfortunately, SteamRep does not mark for sharking. Unless there is a clear screenshot of the trade agreement, and the person in question indeed did not hold up their end of the deal, there is nothing the admins can do.
