Hello, could you explain exactly what happened?

I am not sure. I wasn't there. It is my friend, though, who got scammed.

Hello Steam support Im here to report that my items were stolen in TF2. Ok it all starts out that I meet this person Surki CHEFIS me and her became good friends then later in the future she told me she won 3 EarBuds in a raffle (She Lied) then later on she then said she lost her 3 Earbuds to this guy cause he was gonna give her $100 paypal. Then she told me if she can borrow all my items to show the guy how rich she was to earn her buds back so I said yes (Cause we had a strong friendship) later on I got tierd went to bed the next morning she defriend and blocked me. So I came here to tell your staff if I can I have my items back. Please help steam support your the only people I can get help from

This is not Steam Support. This is SteamRep, which is not affiliated with Valve in any way (also Steam Support doesn't return scammed items, only ones stolen via hijackings). But what Steamrep can do is mark her as a scammer which means that she'll be banned from most trade servers/sites (or at least the good ones). But you need evidence to back up your claims. Could you provide:
1.) A screenshot of the chat showing the original agreement
2.) A screenshot of the victim's trade history showing the trade
3.) A comment from the victim to verify that this is true
[Make sure they're uncropped]

There is one issue; This happened on the 16th, and MADSIM had gotten off of Team Fortress 2 between then and now. I am currently talking with him, and he just had an idea, let me copy and paste it.

MADSIM{SD}: How about we show them my items in my bp what they were before and show what it is now then they could match up the items in chefis bp

One of his friends, who I am also friends with, had given him some items to get back on his feet, post-scam.

I am logging off of Steam for the time being. I will try and check this when possible, just to see if there is any further development/needed information.

Hello, if your friend has been hijacked please tell him to post here and give us a screenshot of the ticket you sent to support and the result of it.
