Declined 76561198063243693 and yEEE'

I was scammed of a Dark Orbiting Fire Scotsman's Stove Pipe today. It was a fake middleman scheme involvinghttp://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198063243693/
and another user named yEEE, whom I think changed his name. I don't have a screenshot, but the description of it is "The souls of the damned may follow him whereever he may go" and it might belong to yEEE. You can look at the past ownership of it, but I guess there's not much else to go on. The second the trade was done they both got offline extremely quick, and when I checked Paypal, I received no payment. It looked legit, because the middleman is the owner of some gaming clan with loads of rep. Now I imagine there isn't much you can do, but please, report him as a scammer.
