Ok so this kid(11 years old) received my payment through paypal many weeks ago, during the trade he said he would get me the unusual after vacation. A few days pass and I start to think he scammed me, I try to get the money back but its been almost a week, so now I'm fighting with my bank to get the money back. After he removed me as a friend I realized I was stupid, but to my surprise after a few weeks I get an email from him. I am pretty sure he uses this email for his Steam Account(Admin I can show you email), saying his account got hacked blah blah all this crap. In the email which I still have he tells me he will get me my unusual once he gets his account back. A few days ago he friends me, yet he keeps saying either he owes other people and needs the unusual, im in trouble with my mom, he'll get it to me tommorow, and it keeps going on and on. I am in the process of getting screenshots of our day to day chats which are always the same, me asking for the unusual, him ignoring yet replying right before he goes offline saying nrn(not right now) brb(be right back). If you check his wall multiple people say that he owes them, and he deletes most of them. Please Investigate this admins, I have original emails, and i shouldve save screenshots, but I will get them today.

Account which he told me to friend yet he abandoned. On the wall there is someone who says he owes him.

Our chat not to long ago, of him saying to my friend he will give me a crappy unusual and not the one he owes me, even though he has the hat he owes me. Sorry for my english.

After showing him the Steamrep Thread and gathering all the people he owes saying they would all comment, he finally kept his word. Some people told me if he owes you he usually gets it to you in 2-3 months which I thought was way to long.

Hi I promised the guy I would delete the report since he finally came through even though I had to threaten him. So are you guys going to still review or is it possible to delete the report? He's only a kid which was one reason he was so hard to work with.
