He adds me, responding to an advert here - http://www.reddit.com/r/tf2trade/comments/1lz83m/h_200_keys_w_dolla_or_pounds_sterling_if_it_takes/ - I'm the one selling keys for paypal.

I trade him 80 keys, I still have not received any payment (four hours later). Is not responding on steam.

Included is a picture of the initial agreement to trade for the keys, and the entry from my trade history with the offending trade. This is the only remaining chatlog evidence I have of the actual agreement (long story) but this is a later chatlog over an hour and a half later when I've still not received my keys or my money:

I spoke with Netstorm (same ID as referenced here) this evening (5:20PM EST) in an unrelated trade (he was adamant I trade first, and he would pay me second). After I discovered this thread, he claimed that Steve "misunderstood him", was being to antsy about his money, and that he had cleared the issue up and Steve had been paid. Interestingly Steve doesn't agree.

i told this guy that paypal money cant be sent due to some error so i will return the keys..
hence the keys were returned. i am not sure if is backpack was private or not.. but this is all i got to say. i am quitting tf2 so i wont be online much. but i'll watch this thread time to time for more info

I have screenshots of my _entire_ trading history up to trading the keys to netstorm, with a conspicuous lack of keys back:

If you click on the history of any of the keys on page 3, you will clearly see them go into Netstorm's backpack, and then promptly vanish.

So, I repeat. Despite what netstorm says, I have not received any keys back.

This guy needs to be marked, he is continuing to scam people and has 3 reports against him on here already.

I dont understand why this wasnt processed faster. His steamrep was clear and he had more rep so I as a result just lost 3 buds to him. Sad to know that someone else was a scammed over a week ago by this guy and nothing was done about it. So for a week and a half this guy has been a known scammer and was allowed to continue scamming people. Great work steamrep.
