I can't believe I trusted this guy. I traded him 3 buds and then things got a little shaky. He wanted me to trade him more but I already figured I was probably being screwed so I refused. He then unfriended me about 15 minutes later. I went to go check and I indeed had been charged back.

    The trades: http://imgur.com/od0R9df
    The Chargeback: http://imgur.com/9CV3QKR

He has an account he dumps the items too. I'm told by another guy who was scammed by him that he possibly has 3 accounts or more.

    Confirmed Alternate: http://steamcommunity.com/id/Aseloth/

The alternate holds a stolen TC who belonged to this guy: http://steamcommunity.com/id/redered/

I'd be happy to give more proof. I'm trying to get references to these other transactions to file in my report. I'm also going to request the official documents that indeed confirm the chargeback on paper. Hopefully I get his address so I know which local police station to contact. This is unacceptable. I've also took action to make contact with him and warn him of my intention if he should choose not to make a change of heart (which I doubt he will).

I thought they would be combined if it is all on the same person? Unless things have changed....

Ok so I hope I can clear some things up. I am not saying that this didn't happen, I am saying you have the wrong person. The "scammer" is on my friends list and here is what I want to discuss. So my friend (scammer in question) was selling his unusual and found someone to buy it via paypal. He found out that he didn't recieve his money and the guy he traded went offline to sleep or something. It was around midnight when the scammer in question went to bed I went to bed sometime after and got on steam around 2 or 2:30 the scammer in question was on steam mobile and told me that his computer was locked and thinks he got hacked. He used his parents credit card for the paypal they were informe someone tried to withdraw $1,800 and they canceled the account. I checked his wall later on to find a lot of things on his wall claiming he was a scammer. I asked around and found some people that were scammed. It happened around noon, I suppose my only strong arguement is to say he was at school at noon. The screenshots I saw seems like someone foriegn hacked his account the screenshot up there is the person he traded his unusual for via paypal. I am just hoping maybe in the paypal he was using he used his own email or something that will also help prove that my friend didn't scam them. Some guy who hacked his account, and has multiple hacks accounts scammed them. I have taken many screen shots add me with you wish to see them.

I would like to add on to this. I talked to the "hijacked" account (Muflafla) while he was on his mobile. He said his computer was locked and his paypal/steam was stolen. I was scammed by this account too. Now, this may not hold up well in legal arguments, but the "buyer" (the one who hijacked the account) spoke very poor English when I conversed with him to sell my unusual. The "real" owner of the account, (the one who was on the account from a mobile), was very polite and seemed to speak normal English. This could be a red flag towards the hijacker.

    Just my input.
  9. He can be marked until he is repaying my money, until then I'm filing a report of malicious intent too Paypal. As I have proof he used two emails to make a quick buck.

I uderstand that getting your money backis important but you have to agree finding the person who actually did this is a main priority
  11. The person who scammed me is who I linked, hacked or not he can resolve this.

No, he can't because he got totaly hacked this guy is that good... He put a lock on his computer. I was talking to him through steam mobile. He cam't resovle this all. Thre are other people even saying this doesn't seem right. I know punishment is in order but there is a ba source of justice we need to acknowlage.
  13. Mark him until he has his account back and I get the cash/buds back. It seems too fishy for me, getting hacked SO much your computer gets locked, which is almost unheard of.

I mean really, why would he do this to himself? There is just some master mind a✿✿✿✿✿✿ behind this and you are doing exactly what he wants.

Wafflegorrila, if your words come straight from him and what he told you, it does indeed make it seem even more suspicious. Why is he not here defending himself instead of letting someone who just became friends with him on April 5th this year? It honestly wouldn't be that hard to get one account via mobile and another via the "majorly hacked/locked-out computer" and forge a fake conversation. If you had just said his Paypal was locked, I wouldn't be surprised. When you added the part of him being locked out of his computer, THAT is what seems to stick out the most; I concur with Pixelated on that one.

I also looked at your screenshots on your Steam Account. I find it ironic that you randomly add one of the victims (me) and accuse him of being the scammer when I earned that unusual, 7 buds (used to be ten), and 17 keys.

    http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198070624997/screenshots/

I also don't get why you are plastering my info all over your page like I did something wrong. So, the case may be here you are trying to create multiple scapegoats to ward off the fact someone got caught unprepared. We already have the email that was used to resale the stolen items and we have people that can vouch for this. Paypal can see which I.P. addresses accessed what accounts. Oh and if you guys were actually behind it, don't try to dump the money into ANOTHER account. You are making an even longer paper trail.

So, what I suggest you do is to get your friend on here, better yet, his mommy and daddy on here. This dude is a minor using a PAYPAL ACCOUNT. In my honest opinion, the situation got what it entitled. I'm an adult and I will tell you one thing, my kids are never going to get my personal account info so mess like this can happen. Of course, what if it was HIS dad who did it? Get greedy and steal from the common working folk - that is real classy.

Also, here is something else that doesn't add up and more importantly is creates a big hole in your story. If he was at a school around noon my time, (I am eastern standard) then he or his parents wouldn't have known about this until he got home 3 to 4 hours later to realize what happened and make the chargeback. I was chargedback 15 or so minutes after trading. He would of still been at "school" and his parents at work. I guess that is what happens when you decide to play hooky? It wouldn't make sense for a scammer to file that off the bat and raise suspicion. So, if you would, send your friend over hear because I'd like to hear another story to cover that fact up to.
  17. Why would he do what to himself? He gained over 13 buds of cash. Tell him to comment here you seem extremely suspicious as well.
