I called him out and deleted him. I understand his name is faron now, but when i talked to him, his name was what was in the screenshot. So 5 minutes later the profile I am reporting added me and asked me for a paypal transaction. I looked at his friend's list and new it was the same guy or a friend. I then contacted Hotlessbianassasin who is friends with mattie. In the screenshot you are able to see the guy linking to a sourceop that belongs to the person he was impersonating. And lastly in the second screenshot you can see how he wants me to go first, and then when I suggest we use a tf2 trader or tf2 outpost admin, he says that it's too complicated, and then goes silent. hotlessbian told mattie and he has been marked as an impersonator since, but I was told to file this report anyway.
