Valve are already investigating this case, but I would like Steamrep to mark this person. Thank you.
Stealing all the TF2 items and it's return by Steam Support can be clearly seen on the graph: http://backpack.tf/id/76561198004505064
Hello, could you provide: 1.) Screenshots of the completed trade(s) 2.) Screenshots of your Support ticket [Make sure they're uncropped and uploaded via the "Upload a File" button] Thanks
Hello. 1.) Items were stolen in one trade - can't make a good screenshot because the hole trade can't fit the screen, it'll be cropped. 2.) The same thing - there are 16 posts in support ticket, will not fit the screen. And I really don't want to show everyone my billing information that is required to confirm the ownership of my account.
Please provide the beginning of your ticket with personal information blurred, with you informing them of your hijacked account and one showing Support giving you back your account.
Hello. http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198064689083 seems to be already banned, but here are the screenshots. I'm a Russian player so the ticket was opened in Russian. By the way, as we all know, Steam Support gave back not the original items but dupes, so the half of the stolen items are still in his backpack. I opened a new ticket asking about such situation. I think this is http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198051854224 he's second account. Many of my stolen items are still there. It's easy to check using item history on for example backpack.tf service.
Due to SteamREP's new policy (reference: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/notice-changes-to-investigation-policy.47952/ ) I will be marking this thread as Invalid.
