Description: Asked for my dota 2 item and never return it.

On oct 18, i got [unusual enduring wardog] with [etheral flame] effect.
On oct 22, this guy contacted me, said want to borrow my [unusual enduring wardog] (worth about 200$), and gave me his [unusual mighty boar] (worth about 20$)
Because this guy is from the same community (gamevn.com) that i use, and he is forum veteran. I accepted his offer.
On oct 27, he told me that he want his [unusual mighty boar] back, and gave me [ruling sword] (worth about 1$)
Without a doubt, i once again accepted his offer.
After 1 month, little did i know he had sold my [unusual enduring wardog].
Yesterday (nov 28), after i asked him to have my [unusual enduring wardog] back. Without responding, he deleted me from his friend list, and didnt reply to my pm on forum.

After that i posted in gamevn forum, asked he about my item. He admitted that he befriended me just for my item (i`ll post forum url if requested, but its in Vietnamese), and he wouldnt give my item back.

you mean chatlog on steam chat ? nope (why cant they add such a simple feature , could`ve stop countless scammer), im not even a trader, i dont take picture everytime i chat with someone.
I know i need chatlog as proof, without it my topic will be rejected. But i just want to post anyway.

Without the chat log we cannot prove that there was such an agreement and with current proofs I can only see a sharking or bad trade.

Either way I'll suggest you to link the trade of such forum and/or get a third party to talk to the scammer in question.

Else I'll have to reject your report.
