Description:

The user added me to buy Black Ops 2 (which I don't have) with paypal. When I told him what I had he said he was interested and offered to send gifted paypal, but I had to go first because he had rep on SteamTrades. He used a profile that wasn't his. He also admitted it when I called him out as you can see in the screenshot of the chat.
