Description:
i want buy keys from he and paid him the money on paypal,first i paid him 185$ for 94 keys.he refunded the payment and asked me to pay 195$ for his 100keys. and then i paid(payment shows on the picture).but he log off and deleted me. i have not get any keys from he.

story:

he wanted amazon gift card as payment of his keys. despite being trade banned he claimed he can perform the trade. and deleted me when i started asking questions.
