Description:
He invited me to trade, I've never seen or spoken to him before. He immediately asks to see hats, he sees my Bill's and tries to offer very low level weapons (a few scraps each) and a hat. For most weapons he adds I actually already have the strange version of and I add them to the trade so he can see that I have all that stuff. He basically a sharker. He tried doing it with 4 others on the server, one of whom I know who offered weaps for his unusual.
