Description:
A guy told me this D@$her fellow was trying to buy L4D2. I added him, to see what he had to offer, over the course of a couple days we talked, and tried to work out a deal. Then around midnight on July 24th (my time, U.S. Central), he said something about his dad's PayPal and sending the money for 6 keys over. He supposedly couldn't get it to work, so (according to him) he made his own, and sent over $9 for 6 keys. Long story short, his story never matched up, and could never give me valid answers to questions regarding who he sent it to. This was his first attempt to scam me, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and told him we would wait to see if the money came through. I even sent him a picture of the PayPal history (last screenshot above) to verify no amount of $9 had come from him. But no pictures were taken, due to me giving him the benefit of the doubt.

Now this is the bit relevant to my screenshots above.

He messages me the next day, saying his "cuz" sent me $10. I ask what his "cuz's" name was, he says Martin Nguyen (which if you see my PayPal History screenshot, in that picture it shows a person by that name sending me $10, which is the same screenshot I sent him the day before to verify no money had come to my account). Which is a personal friend, who as you can see, has had previous business with me, other than the latest $10 payment, he was not who D@$her said he was. Even DarkyDark, the guy who D@$her said was his "cuz", who was named Martin Nguyen, admits that isn't even his name.

So in short, D@$her is an amateur scammer, and I hope my screenshots provide enough evidence of this to prove it, and protect other people from him.


As a sidenote, he also said (unscreenshotted unfortunately) his "dad's account" was trade banned, which is most likely one of his other caught accounts.
